Ladies and gentleman welcome to this weeks RAW recap live from Boston,MA as the RAW roster gets set for SummerSlam this Sunday. Set for tonight's go home show is Sasha Banks taking on Nia Jax in a number one contender match in which the winner moves on to face Alexa Bliss at SummerSlam for the RAW Women's Championship and instead of happening at Summerslam, Akira Tozawa will face WWE Cruiserweight Champ Neville with the championship on the line. All that and more as the road towards SummerSlam starts to slow down. Let's get right to it folks!

Before the show begins,we get a look at the recent feud between Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose and the RAW Tag Team Champs, Sheamus and Cesaro. After that, commentary welcomes us to RAW and out to start off our show is Dean Ambrose. Dean grabs the mic and says he knows people have been wondering what's up between him and Seth since last week and calls him out. Out comes Seth to a great reaction from the crowd.

Ambrose says he's tired of the games and asks Seth what is he doing? Seth and Dean have a few words before Seth finally tells him that he knows the both of them can run this place if they team up again. Seth says if Dean is willing to put the past in the past, then he'll stop playing games and offers the Shield fist bump. Ambrose thinks about it but ends up not fist bumping him back. They have words again and Seth says that maybe this idea was stupid. He tries to convince Ambrose again and tries to leave the ring but Ambrose stops him. Dean offers his fist this time and Seth looks like he's going to bump it but turns his back and tries to leave again. Ambrose stops him again and they start pushing each other before brawling. The brawl continues till Sheamus and Cesaro come out and attack both men. The tag champs have the advantage in the attack for the most part but Ambrose and Rollins finally turn things around and gain the upper hand before sending the champs outside the ring. Ambrose and Rollins stand tall in the ring as the crowd goes crazy. Dean offers his fist out for the Shield bump one more time and Rollins finally bumps him back as the crowd goes crazy again. RAW General Manager Kurt Angle makes his way out and announces that Sheamus and Cesaro will defend the RAW Tag Team Championships against Ambrose and Rollins at SummerSlam. Crowd pops once again as commentary hype up tonight's show and announce that Sasha Banks and Nia Jax will face each other next.

Emma is disgusted at how everyone is praising Sasha all over Twitter. Back with news for 205 Live tomorrow. Akira Tozawa will have his championship celebration and also, Neville will get his rematch Sunday.

In the ring now with Kurt Angle and a bunch of security guards surrounding the outside of the ring. Kurt talks about the Fatal Four Way Match Sunday for the Universal Championship and talks about the competitors facing off tonight. After doing that,he introduces Universal champ Brock Lesnar who heads out with Paul Heyman by his side.

Paul takes the mic and starts talking about Brock's plans for Sunday whether he wins or loses. He brings up Brock's opponents with praise but says Brock is above them. He goes on to talk about Sunday's match before Samoa Joe comes out.

Joe reminds Brock that he doesn't fear him and at SummerSlam, he's coming for the title threatens to rip it out of Paul Heyman's hands after he puts Brock to sleep.  Braun Strownman's music hits next and out he comes.

Braun grabs the mic and says he's always the last man standing in case we didn't know. Samoa Joe tells Braun that he's barely a man that stood up while he choked Roman Reigns out. This causes Roman to interrupt and here he comes wasting no time getting to the ring. The second he hits the ring,he spears Samoa Joe and a brawl is on!

Braun makes quick work of Roman by laying him out with a Big Powerslam and kicking him out the ring. He then turns around to face off with Lesnar before they start brawling. Security hits the ring trying to separate the two but fail soon after. Brock and Braun fight them off before facing off again. Kurt Angle calls for the RAW lockeroom to come out and help which they try they best to do for a bit. Brock breaks free and leaps onto Braun before being pulled away again. Both brawl one more quick time before being separated. RAW ends with Braun and Brock staring each other down while the roster tries to keep them apart.

Great RAW tonight. I expected most of the things that happened to go down tonight but great show nevertheless,no complaints. Best match of the night to me goes to Akira Tozawa and Neville. Dope match from start to finish. Really looking forward to SummerSlam again for the RAW side minus the Big Cass and Big Show match.  I will say this though, I wasn't on board with Cass' heel turn but he somewhat showed me tonight that he can be a decent heel. Guess we'll have to see what else he/creative has for him during this run. Personal RAW rating: B+

Well that does it for this weeks RAW recap folks. Be sure to catch Smackdown Live and 205 Livetomorrow, NXT TakeOver 3 live from Brooklyn, NY this Saturday and SummerSlam live from Brooklyn, NY as well this Sunday.  Once again, prayers are with Ric Flair and his family during this hard time.
